We are currently working with a luxury jewellery brand that has established itself as one of the world's leading jewellers. They are known for their beauty and versatility, currently stocking in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers across the globe. This exciting role as a Marketing Executive is to support the development of global strategic content creation and management across multiple channels. You will work closely with the PR agency. The ideal candidate will be positive in character and highly proactive, with a flair for creative writing, excellent spelling, and grammar. You will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to collaborate effectively with other team members, both internal and external. Duties will include: Content creation and management across multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, and PR. Managing our CRM - working with our creative team to design emails, create a CRM schedule, and manage the send-out of these emails. Management of external agencies we work with - e.g., SEO, digital marketing. Holding them to KPIs and tracking their performance. E-commerce website management - managing products on our website, writing copy, and managing content creation. Liaising with and managing external agencies pertaining to our website. Assisting with the creation of global marketing materials for the brand - catalogues, print advertising, digital advertising, etc. Liaising with our retail partners globally to manage their marketing requirements, which may include content creation, e-commerce support, and social media support. The candidate must also be able to work with our retail partners on planning yearly marketing strategies. Daily liaison with our PR agency organizing loans, arranging product transfers, and managing stock. Sending credit details and further information when required. Attend PR events on behalf of the brand. Process and dispatch product requests, ensuring our jewellery is correctly transferred, packaged, and dispatched. What you will need: Able to work in a team, but also independent and proactive. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly evolving work environment. Knowledge of PR processes. Established contacts in the fashion/luxury industry. At least 2-3 years of experience.
