We have an opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join our Group Business Development department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

You are educated to degree level. Experience in partnership management and development. Experience of highly effective stakeholder relationship management. Strong presentation skills, with the ability and confidence to present at senior stakeholder level. Experience within a healthcare setting would be preferable but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong verbal and contract negotiation skills. Duties of this role include:

Working as part of our Strategic Development and Partnerships team to manage and optimise existing partnerships, and onboard new partners from scoping, negotiation, and contract implementation. Ensuring that collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with Circle Health Group’s objectives, taking an active role in achieving business development goals and organisational growth. Building effective working relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders across Circle Health Group. Representing Circle Health Group with current and potential partners in an effective, compelling, professional, and credible manner. Managing partnership contract setup and renewals, working with our legal and procurement teams to ensure organisational policies are followed. Collaborating with the insights and data teams to take ownership of partnership reporting and performance. Working with the marketing teams at head office and hospital sites to implement partner marketing strategies. Utilising strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals and onboarding new partners. Adapting strategies to maximise partnership value. Salary & Benefits
