We’re looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our Marketing team based at our Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow. With an over 100-strong Marketing team, we keep it all in house. From working with 30 global car brands to promoting exciting employee initiatives – we do it all in this department. You’ll gain experience fast, working on national campaigns that are seen by millions of people every year. As an Arnold Clark Web Designer, you’ll design and build our industry-leading web pages and campaigns as part of our large, in-house design studio. You’ll work collaboratively with a talented team of marketing executives, SEO specialists, graphic designers, photographers and videographers to deliver strong results, showcasing excellent design skills and proficiency in writing clean, semantic HTML and CSS. Hours This is a full-time position, generally Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Main Duties

Design and build websites, landing pages and email campaigns for projects across your own areas of the business. Collaborate with other designers to maintain shared ownership of components, design assets and tools. No two days are the same – you’ll embrace new challenges and create design solutions that will solve real business problems. You’ll design, build, test, learn and iterate with the end user in mind at all times. Qualifications

Excellent design skills and creative flair. Able to write well-structured and efficient HTML and CSS. Experience using Figma. Demonstrable attention to detail and strategic thinking across all customer touchpoints. A proactive attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a fast-paced team. Enjoy the chance to show us something different and exciting that’ll push the boundaries of digital design. A strong portfolio that demonstrates previous successes. Enjoy staying up to date with the latest design and technology trends. Nice to have but not essential
