Global Do you have a passion for events and a knack for organisation? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development team! You’ll play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, from seminars and webinars to exclusive client dinners and hospitality experiences. What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative support to our senior events team, managing calendars, invitations, and RSVPs. Independently organize smaller in-house events, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate hospitality opportunities (tickets, event research, booking). Collaborate with internal teams (fee earners, IT, facilities) to ensure event success. Liaison with venues, suppliers, and caterers to manage logistics. Create event materials (handouts, signage, badges) using design software. Utilize CRM and eMarketing tools to manage client information and communications. Maintain event-related materials and equipment. Greet attendees and manage registration desks at events. Assist with event reporting and post-event analysis. Handle ad-hoc tasks related to events and business development initiatives. Who You Are:

Highly organised and detail-oriented with exceptional administrative skills. Previous experience with event planning or a strong interest in the field. Proven ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, eMarketing software, and ideally event registration tools. A master of time management with the ability to multi-task effectively. Results-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure. Willing to work flexible hours to ensure successful event execution. Why Join Us?
