The Role
The purpose of the role is to work closely with the leadership teams of Lily Head Dental Practice Sales and Lily Head Finance in creating and delivering marketing campaigns and general marketing activity to generate leads in the dental sector.
You will be based at our new offices in the heart of Leamington Spa.
The normal hours of work for the business are Monday-Thursday, 09.00 to 17.30 and Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. You will be required to work 37 hours a week.
Key Aspects of the Role:
Executing the firm’s marketing plans and strategies.
Managing the annual marketing budget.
Leading the firm’s marketing campaigns and business growth efforts.
Crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s visibility in the dental sector.
Directing the firm’s online presence and digital marketing strategies.
Facilitating effective communication strategies within the team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Organising, executing and promoting our attendance at Exhibitions and off-site events.
Scheduling and sharing Podcasts and webinars.
Overseeing project timelines to ensure the timely delivery.
Nurturing and expanding relationships with media and publications, advertising agencies, strategic partners and other marketing-related service providers.
Researching current trends, competitor offerings, and new market segments to improve existing offerings or identify new opportunities.
Personal Specification:
Eligibility to work full time in the UK.
Essential 2 years relevant experience.
Essential Strong interpersonal skills.
Essential Dynamic, responsible, self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
Essential Proficient User of MS Office applications.
Essential Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms such as Hootsuite.
Desirable An understanding of CRM systems.
