Job Description

The Brand Manager position is a key role on our highest profile Instants brands as part of our UK-wide Marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering key exciting innovation & renovations across our brands, mastering what it takes to bring a product from consumer insight right onto the shelves of the UK’s largest retailers. You will be actively involved in brand tracking and analysis, shaping insights and actions for growth and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams both locally & globally, exposed to the full marketing mix. Key responsibilities of the role: Lead the commercialisation of innovation/renovation projects, through our stage gate process, managing both local and global stakeholders. Lead the development of projects to include artwork/graphics, new technologies/blends/packaging & channel specific NPD. Develop and deliver against the agreed business case on key projects for growth. Be a ‘brand guardian’ & champion for our Instant brands, working closely with Senior Brand Managers & cross-functional teams to execute NPD with excellence, building winning partnerships cross-functionally. Support Senior Brand Managers & Marketing Manager on range/portfolio management and deployment of NPD through powerful brand plans. Conduct brand performance tracking on key Instant brands, shaping insights & actions for growth, working alongside our retail teams. You’ll be a positive force for good, bringing energy, passion and an opportunity-mindset to all you do. Qualifications

Experience & Education: Must have: Previous Marketing experience, preferably FMCG. Brand building/ NPD Experience with ability for strong project management. Strong commercial acumen with good analytical ability (Nielsen/IRI/Kantar), ability to turn data into insights and actions. Superb relationship building & cross-functional working. An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. High energy, passionate & “can do” attitude. Nice to have: Sales/Category Management/Project Management experience. Education: Educated to degree level – Marketing/Business/Management highly desirable. Additional Information

We've just moved into our new office in Maidenhead (we operate on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week in the office). We're walking distance from the Elizabeth Line as well as free parking. Our first L'Or cafe is now open on site as well, promising lots of excellent coffee.
