Junior Sales Administrator

to support its sales operations. This role will facilitate seamless coordination between clients, production teams, and logistics, contributing to the organization’s continued success. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination

Supports the management of client accounts by processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing requests. Collaborates with production teams to monitor order progress and ensure deadlines are met. Maintains accurate records of orders, contracts, and invoices.

Customer Relationship Management

Serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolves issues efficiently. Communicates product availability, pricing, and lead times to clients. Assists the sales team in building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Administrative Support

Prepares and distributes sales reports, production updates, and client communication materials. Updates and maintains CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Works closely with production, design, and logistics teams to align sales with manufacturing capabilities. Assists in organizing trade shows, client visits, and factory tours. Contributes to the planning and implementation of new sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications Experience:

1-2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in fashion manufacturing or a wholesale environment. Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Personal Attributes: A strong interest in the fashion manufacturing process. Self-motivated and eager to develop knowledge of the apparel industry.
