What you’ll be doing: A large part of the role will involve delivering product training to continence nurses and driving commercial sales in hospitals. Responsible for acquiring new business and retaining existing business in Acute and Home Delivery channels. Support clinicians to make the best choice of continence products to benefit patients and customers. The role will be a mixture of remote and field-based work. Here’s what you need: Clinical background, ideally with continence experience along with commercial acumen. Consideration may be given to candidates from a hospital sales background with patient contact experience. Personality attributes: Compassionate, high levels of emotional intelligence, collaborative. Basic Salary:
Up to £50,000 dependent on experience Bonus:
20% on target, up to 40% stretched bonus Benefits:
