experienced Account Manager
to join our clients
direct mail facility.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a
strong background in account management
within the
direct mail industry.
The Account Manager will be expected to support with all aspects ofthe
management, development and delivery of the customers print communications and will strategically grow relationships with customers. Candidate Responsibilities: Build good working relationships
with clients, multiple stakeholders, including key client representatives, business end users, designers, suppliers, production and operations teams. Preparation of
quotations for clients for their various print requirements . Work closely with designers and suppliers to
create artwork to the clients specification. Monitor client orders,
ensuring prompt delivery within the specified timeframe , communicating any delays. Manage client enquiries with
customer satisfaction being the key priority. Maintain stock levels and keeping a tight handle on any packaging requirements for the business. Ideally you will have: The desire to deliver a
high level of customer service. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Eye for detail and ability to spot potential problems before they occur. An enthusiastic and flexible attitude,
highly motivated and with a sound work ethic. A team player, able to
work under pressure and deliver results. Good all round MS office capability with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience of mail merge and working with pdf artwork advantageous.
