About the role To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Sales team in London or Munich, reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions as well as maintaining existing accounts. What you will be doing Manage and update sales databases Conduct market research Review and create internal reports on clients Reply and process enquiries from the website Create summaries of calls and meetings Schedule and set up client calls Skills & Qualifications To be the right candidate for this position, you should have 5 years of experience in a similar role. We expect you to have a relevant educational background in either law, finance, or economics (BSc as a minimum). You should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. As a person, you are proactive and motivated, with an analytical and critical mindset. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability, and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, you are excited to be a part of a fast-paced working environment and possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly. As Banking Circle is an international company, it is required that you are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing. Mastery of the German language will be an asset.
