£24,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience Closing Date: 13/01/2025 09:00:00 AM Summary: We are looking for someone based in mid-North Devon to assist our Field Insurance Advisors by providing an exceptional service to our Members and prospects. About The Role: As Field Support Advisor, you will provide assistance to our Field Team by reviewing and servicing Members’ and prospects’ insurance needs. You will have a knack for identifying not only new business opportunities, but also opportunities from within existing business. Able to talk to people from all walks of life, and adept in using your customer service skills and technical knowledge to offer a first-rate, tailored experience, you will be an ambassador for Cornish Mutual and our range of insurance products. Skills and Experience: A thorough understanding of all key Cornish Mutual products Ability to work autonomously as well as in collaboration with our Field Insurance Advisors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills Excellent organisational and planning skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Cert CII qualification – or willingness to attain the qualification within your first year of employment Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering a consistent, high-quality service to our Members and prospects, over the telephone, by email and face-to-face Explaining and securing renewal terms with existing Members Securing new business within our risk appetite Acting as a brand advocate, including representing the company at markets, shows and other events Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR WHY WORK FOR CORNISH MUTUAL?
