Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive for our Nissan & ORA branch in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. You will be responsible for selling vehicles, as well as promoting Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection.

As a Sales Executive, you will support our customers throughout their buying journey – from their first point of contact with us to the moment they take delivery of their new car. While completing our industry-leading training and development programme, you will learn how to meet and greet customers, prospect and appoint leads, and fully qualify customer needs before learning how to professionally sell vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulation.
Person Specification
Existing and potential customers are at the heart of everything we do, therefore you will be a customer-focused individual who possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Naturally organised and able to process detailed information, you will keep your product knowledge up to date and relevant and be motivated to achieve in a results-focused environment. Previous sales experience is non-essential; however, you will possess a positive attitude and be determined to achieve full sales executive status and make a success of your career in sales.
You will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar', and exceed their full potential whilst driving Sales and add-on performance forward.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
