Marketing & Communications Manager

who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”. This role’s focus will be on smart products solutions within our Passiv and Levelise businesses. Primarily based in Newbury and will involve travel to other UK offices. Key Responsibilities

Define and implement annual Marketing & Communications plans. This includes setting, and measuring, success criteria. Develop and execute demand generation and conversion activities through actions such as organic and paid search campaigns, organic and paid social media, content creation, events and more. Seek business opportunities in each customer market segment as part of supporting the sales and commercial functions. Support the production of marketing collateral taking advantage of synergies with the GTC brand/business. Deliver content to support production of blogs, white papers, website, social media, and other relevant publications to increase our brand and thought leader position. About You

Degree qualified within a related subject. Extensive relevant working experience in a marketing and communications role within the B2B sector. Experience with account-based and segment marketing, product management and communications. Working knowledge of digital marketing and automation tools such as CRM, paid search and paid social campaigns. Effective communication skills in written and spoken media, with the ability to write compelling and engaging content. Strategic thinker who can execute operationally and is comfortable in a changing and growing business environment. What Can You Expect From Us
