Product Marketing Content Specialist , you'll have the exciting opportunity to communicate our product developments across our UK, North America, Australia, and New Zealand markets, where you will: Play an important role in informing our customers about new product releases, increasing product adoption rates, and supporting customer education. Create impactful and informative content which tells the story of new products and features and articulates their value to each persona. Work across multiple content types and channels including product sheets, sales enablement tools, video, animations, email, in-product announcements, and websites. Your words should be clear and compelling to our audience and differentiate our products from the competition. This hands-on role will involve working closely with the Global Product Marketing Manager, Product Managers, and the wider Marketing team. What you will bring: You will bring a blend of technical, marketing, and communication skills to the role, specifically: Content Creation:

Ability to write for a variety of marketing materials such as product sheets, product brochures, presentations, videos, and animations to communicate the product’s value. Customer and User Understanding:

Strong customer empathy and the ability to identify customer pain points and preferences from beta testing, surveys, and other feedback sessions conducted by the product teams. Product Positioning and Messaging:

Ability to write clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Good understanding of product differentiation and the ability to craft unique value propositions. Ability to translate technical product features into customer-friendly language. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

Experience in executing successful go-to-market strategies for product launches, including timelines, tactics, and target segments. Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment. Sales Enablement:

Ability to write for sales enablement tools, training, and content to support the sales team in communicating product value to prospects and customers. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and product success (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, open rates, etc.). Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and A/B testing frameworks. Project Coordination:

Strong organisational and project coordination skills to handle multiple initiatives, campaigns, and product launches simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate tasks across teams efficiently. You'll have: At least 3 years previous experience in B2B product marketing in a tech/SaaS environment. Experience of working with multiple teams globally - an advantage but not essential. Experience briefing creative teams and seeing asset creation from start to finish.
