Research Fellow Position:

Aston Business School, located at Aston University Main Campus, invites applications for a Research Fellow position in the Advanced Services Group (ASG). The role focuses on servitization, business model innovation, environmental sustainability, and service-led business models. in a related discipline (business, management, economics, or engineering)

. Experience in qualitative or quantitative research is desired. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of dominant paradigms, theories, and empirical methods related to the research area is required. Experience or willingness to produce high-quality publications is a plus. Job Description:

The Research Fellow will contribute to the ASG’s research and engagement activities, particularly on the ESRC project ‘Understanding How Servitization Can Improve UK Economic Productivity and Environmental Performance.’ Collaborating with an interdisciplinary group of academics and industry partners, the candidate will work on expanding research in the specified topics. The role involves empirical data collection, publication production, and collaboration with multinational large and SME manufacturers. How to Apply:
