Develop and manage account plans, ensuring focus on priority accounts for growth and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, including oncologists, vascular access nurses, and anaesthetists. Deliver training and education sessions to healthcare professionals, ensuring effective product use. Find opportunities to expand the use of Vascular Access products in private and NHS healthcare settings. Collaborate with internal teams to align market access and marketing initiatives with customer needs. Conduct product evaluations and support procurement teams in selecting BD as their preferred partner. Regularly analyse and share market insights to refine sales strategies. About you: A background in healthcare sales, ideally with experience in Vascular Access products or a clinical environment. Proven track record to establish and grow professional relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and sales software such as Power BI or Salesforce. Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and negotiation.
