Multi Skilled Operative
to their team. You will be based in the Ashford area carrying out maintenance and refurbishments. This is a long-term position looking to hire
ASAP .
Working Hours: Monday - Friday Salary:
£18.06 ltd per hour Hours:
40 Hours Per Week Company Van included
Job Role: Be part of the client's property maintenance team responsible for joinery and multi-skilled maintenance projects or services undertaken. Carry out domestic maintenance duties to a high standard and within reasonable time frames. Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Requirements: 5 years of social housing experience or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade such as joinery/plumbing. Multi-trade ability. Driving license. Own tools.
