Social Media Manager Leicestershire / Hybrid working £30,000 Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Immediate start – 3-month temporary contract with the potential to turn permanent.

Harper Recruitment Group is proud to collaborate with a market leader looking for a Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will join the existing marketing team to manage and drive the business's social media presence.

Duties include: Managing day-to-day social media presence for the business Developing and taking ownership of the social media content calendar Ensuring careful timing of posts to get the right message out at the right time Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with the strategic direction of the social media channels Measuring and reporting the performance of all social media activity and assessing against key objectives Identifying trends and insights to improve performance Planning and executing experimental content and reporting on findings Maintaining a good level of knowledge about social media industry trends Leading and managing the production process for any social media images and videos Maintaining a working knowledge of regulatory requirements To work closely with other departments and support them where needed Who are we looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience in driving engagement and showing understanding of the audience The confidence to fully own the role and communicate with leaders across the business Able to work at a fast pace and get stuck in! Proactive, adaptable and somebody who can bring fresh ideas Additional Information: This is a hybrid role, a minimum of 1 day per week in the office is required The contract will initially be temporary for 3 months but there is scope for this role to become permanent for the right person!
