Provide high-level support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence. Screen calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the executive team, prioritising inquiries and managing responses as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and projects. Manage and track expenses, including preparing and processing invoices, reimbursements, and budgets. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the team including social media scheduling and photoshoot coordination. Looking for:
1+ yrs of experience as a PA, EA, Office Administrator or in a similar role. Able to hit the ground running. Bags of initiative and common sense. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy with an understanding of social media. Eager to learn, open-minded and creative.
