Create and
develop the multichannel business plan , define the framework and create the strategic pillars for each current and new channel on boarded. Creation and execution of the onboarding roadmap for any new partner on boarded. Build and
maintain strong relationships with partners , and brands for all prospective channels. Responsible for negotiation of all commission rates & SLAs with each new and current partner. Manage contract terms
to ensure we have the most favourable agreement possible. Working together with Finance, Global retail and legal to ensure contracts meet the business and legal needs. Together with the finance team/ DTC Director
generate profit & loss accounts
for all channels to ensure each channel delivers on the global EBIT target set. Responsible for the
GSM upload process
and business case approval process to drive global alignment. Project management
for each channel – responsible for creating and defining project plan, technical development with middleware provider, coordination in-house support from Ecom ops, merch, content, IT and finance. End to End project management. Together with the brand partner and the merchandising team create the seasonal buy plans for each channel. Ensure the range delivers against the KPIs and the forecasted sales plan. Collaborate
with wholesale to ensure cross account alignment across the full go-to-market process. Responsible together with the head of retail to define sales forecasts, Margin, Opex, EBIT for each given season per channel. Weekly trading analysis : Monitor, analyse and report on weekly sales performance for all channels on all KPIs. Oversee promotional marketing
efforts, including deals, flash sales, promotions, and sponsored products. Manage, train and develop
the marketplace executive. Third party management : We are pentagon, Business solutions, DSV, customer service, business operations to ensure each provider is delivering on the promised service. Collaboration with global marketplaces teams to
ensure we are following best practices. Ad hoc projects.
