Develop multi-channel, multi-platform digital strategies for clients that include digital PR, social media, influencer marketing, and brand websites in collaboration with the senior management team. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Manage key accounts and act as a main point of contact for those accounts. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends, insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights. Manage a team of 4 direct reports (Marketing and Admin). Communicate key information relating to campaigns to colleagues. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies. Any other duties the role may involve. Person Specification:
3 years Marketing/Project Management experience Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in successfully managing a team Exceptional interpersonal skills Previously used CRM systems Excellent problem solving and communication skills
