Telesales Executive

of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum,

Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify prospects to create a strong sales pipeline. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with previous and potential customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable solutions. Quotations & Sales:

Prepare and timely follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales. Customer Awareness:

Arrange Teams calls to showcase our product range and increase customer awareness. Cross-Selling:

Maximise sales opportunities by cross-selling complementary products. Client Engagement:

Ensure Secure-a-Field is the "go-to" provider for fencing and access solutions when customer needs align with our offerings. Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about our products, services, and market trends to address customer inquiries effectively.

To thrive in this role Experience:

Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role with a proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets. Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport. Attributes:

A positive, can-do attitude with a personable and affable approach. Self motivation:

A proactive attitude and desire to meet and exceed performance targets. Knowledge:

Working knowledge of client management systems and software packages including Microsoft Word and Excel. Values Driven:
