THE ROLE:
Working directly with an accomplished Marketing Director who has transformed the business from outbound to inbound-led growth, you'll own the demand generation strategy and execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to make a real impact in a growing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels Own and optimize HubSpot operations, including workflow creation and lead scoring Create compelling short-form content for email, social media, and ad campaigns Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations Work closely with sales team to understand customer needs and pain points Manage agency relationships for PPC and design execution
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 3-5 years B2B marketing experience Strong HubSpot expertise (essential) Proven track record in demand generation Excellence in short-form content creation Experience with LinkedIn advertising (organic and paid) Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data B2B SaaS experience
