UK Brand Manager

to join our Western & Central Europe Marketing team working on some of our most iconic Baby and Childcare

brands including Huggies.

You will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for assigned categories in Personal Care and support the Marketing Manager to manage

Drynites and Wet Wipes

innovation/renovation projects cross

Western Ukraine & Central Europe. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will also be supported by a fantastic team of media and content experts not just internally but also through our world-renowned agency partners. This role sits within the newly formed

Enterprise Markets

Marketing Baby & Childcare team which means you will have the opportunity to partner not only in the UK but across the Western Ukraine & Central Europe region! A rare opening and fantastic opportunity for a passionate marketer with a creative flair. Key Responsibilities include: Shopper Marketing management:

in collaboration with category and sales Brand Manager will be responsible for annual budget allocation by customers for ad hoc marketing activation, customer ad hoc activations implementation, evaluation, and reporting to ensure maximum ROI. Full management of the connected activities (brand back update and check, internal product list update and check, ad hoc SKU creation, agencies coordination, etc…)

Organic social media management (Instagram, Facebook):

Social organic content calendar development, posting and evaluation; social media moderation.

Brand.com management:

full management of free samples and the website updates in collaboration with our external agency.

Marketing budget tracker update

and POs creation.

Supporting Marketing Manager on

Paid Media

from the development to the implementation as well as media campaign tracking and optimisation.

Supporting Marketing Manager on

Drynites

and

Wet Wipes New Product Development,

renovation projects cross WUCE: New product production process creation, artwork process, claim matrix process, etc.

Supporting Marketing Manager on the

Commercial program adaptation

to UK&I markets and toolkit development (Packaging, claims, trade stories, specific visuals like 3D, galvanized) for the innovation/ renovation.

Supporting Marketing Manager to address the market consumer needs via analysis of consumers and retailers data in relation with the local teams to help the business grow and win with the consumer.

Cultivates close collaborative relationships with regional and WUCE marketing teams and with UK team (category, sales, finance) to ensure programs developed meet the market needs.

A proven track record of delivering business results at the highest level.

Strong communication skills with initiative and ability to influence others, embrace diversity and drive change.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build working relationships across functions, cultures and geographies and to interface with all levels of the organisation.

Highly organised with solutions oriented approach and project management skills.

Good communication skills, proficient English speaker.
