About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing e-commerce team at Baby Uma Group. As a

Junior Brand Manager , you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing and growing our portfolio of products on Amazon. You’ll identify opportunities for growth, implement strategies, and play a key role in driving success for our products. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of Amazon while taking on real responsibility and making a tangible impact. Responsibilities

Analyze Amazon Data:

Monitor ASIN-level data (sales, conversion rates, page views, costs, etc.) to identify trends, articulate key observations, and propose strategies for growth and problem-solving. Day-to-Day Listing Maintenance:

Ensure the success of product listings, including maintaining best seller tags, monitoring metrics, staying informed about market trends and shifting customer demographics, analyzing competitive landscapes, pricing adjustments, and managing inventory levels. Collaborate on Growth Strategies:

Work closely with Senior Brand Managers to develop and implement initiatives that boost sales, reduce costs, and improve conversion rates. Activities include price optimization, PPC campaigns, enhancing packaging/inserts, offering coupons and deals, and optimizing customer communication. Reporting and Performance Maximization:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, collaborating with Senior Brand Managers to ensure each product performs at its best. Proactive Problem-Solving:

Anticipate and resolve potential challenges by understanding the competitive landscape, industry trends, and Amazon policy updates. Customer Experience Excellence:

Partner with the Customer Experience Manager and offshore customer service teams to provide exceptional support for our product portfolio. Support Product Launches and Expansion:

Assist Senior Brand Managers and internal teams in developing go-to-market strategies, launching new products successfully, and supporting international market expansions. Supply Chain Coordination:

Ensure products remain in stock, meet premium quality standards, have updated packaging, and comply with all required certifications. About you

1+ year of work experience, ideally in product management, marketing, or an analytical role. Basic understanding of and a keen interest in learning about the Amazon ecosystem. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make actionable recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems independently. Creativity and a talent for developing engaging content and innovative ideas. Positive, reliable, and adaptable, with a collaborative spirit. Strong proficiency in Excel. Preferred: Familiarity with baby product categories and a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of parents and caregivers.
