Our client, Salesforce, is in the midst of a large-scale two-year IT transformation project. This delivery project involves approximately 80 Salesforce resources working with a health insurance client to implement a new IT system that will support various functions, including sales, quoting, claims, billing, service, and external user portals. To support this growing team and influx of features, we are seeking two UX designers with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with over 4 years of Salesforce knowledge. These designers will primarily focus on wireframing and will join a team of 3 UX designers from Salesforce currently working on the project. The role will involve working as the second UX designer for the Claims work stream (also known as Feature Team 3 or FT3). This team consists of approximately 15 Salesforce resources split between five sub-teams responsible for solutioning and technical design. Currently, there is one UX designer working across all sub-teams, and we are looking to balance the workload with another designer. Responsibilities:

Create wireframes using Figma and existing Salesforce Lightning design libraries Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather feedback and iterate designs Assist with prototyping and user testing as needed Interpret user stories and solution design documents Work with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to create wireframes within technical constraints Manage stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively Support other work streams as needed, including identifying dependencies Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs Requirements:

Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT delivery Experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies Solid foundational knowledge of Salesforce (Admin Certified preferred, but not required; over 4 years of experience ideal) Experience in the insurance industry preferred Familiarity with Confluence and Jira Cloud Experience with Insurance Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales, Service, Vlocity/Industries (including Omni, Flexcards, etc.), and Experience Cloud preferred Proficiency in Figma and Slack About the company:
