Hamilton Specialist Referrals (HSR) is a purpose-built, state of the art veterinary hospital that provides the latest in specialist treatments for cats and dogs, situated just outside of High Wycombe (J4, M40), Buckinghamshire. The hospital is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can offer the most advanced treatment options available for Orthopaedic, Neurology, Soft Tissue, Oncology, and Internal Medicine cases. Despite working within such a large team, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly and supportive culture with a focus on development, clinical excellence, and gold standard patient care. Your New Role

In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for providing and promoting excellent client care throughout the hospital, acting as the Services Ambassador. You will support and line-manage the client care and administration teams, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service. This includes handling customer and partner practice complaints to a satisfactory resolution, in line with IVC Evidensia's ethos of caring for pets and their owners when they need it most. Additionally, you will oversee duties such as absence reviews, return-to-work processes, appraisals, investigations, and holiday management. Collaborating closely with the clinical staff, hospital management, and client care teams, you will manage and respond to client and practice complaints in a timely manner, ensuring that service remains at the forefront of everyone's minds. This role also requires traveling to other practices to promote our services and hospital, helping to build our client base and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in business manager and regional meetings, representing the practice. What Will You Bring to Our Team

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service environment and line management, clinical experience is also preferred. You should be capable of quickly developing strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. A commitment to professional and ethical standards and alignment with company values are also key requirements for this role. As this role requires travel, a full driving licence is required. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, typically working office hours, 9am-5pm. There will be no on call. We care, we dare, we share...
