The Role The Digital Success Lead is a key member of OASIS Group's digital team, responsible for managing and nurturing external partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of co-created digital solutions to our clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Digital Success Lead ensures that all partnerships align with our digital strategy and business objectives. This role involves both securing new partnerships and managing existing ones, requiring strong commercial skills to oversee the partnership funnel effectively. This role is essential for maintaining strong relationships with partners, overseeing the delivery of collaborative projects, and ensuring that outcomes are achieved on time and within scope to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Partnership Management:

Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with OASIS Group’s digital strategy and business objectives. Project Oversight:

Oversee the delivery of co-created digital solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Strategic Alignment:

Support the Head of Product to ensure that partner-driven solutions align with client needs and market demands. Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the performance of digital partnerships, tracking key metrics and ensuring that partnership goals are met or exceeded. Communication & Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities, facilitating clear and effective communication between internal teams and external partners. Partnership Acquisition:

Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to expand OASIS Group’s digital solution offerings, contributing to business growth and market expansion. Candidate Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a partnership management, client success, or business development role, preferably within a business that sells or licenses business-to-business (B2B) digital products. Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture external partnerships to support strategic initiatives. Experience in commercial and contracting environments, with a strong understanding of contractual agreements and commercial negotiations. Experience working in environments that prioritize client-focused digital solutions. Proven ability to identify and secure new partnership opportunities, driving business growth. Skills: Relationship Management:

Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Project Management:

Proven skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Analytical Skills:

Ability to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Commercial Acumen:

Strong understanding of commercial sales processes and the ability to manage the partnership funnel effectively. Legal Requirements:
