Lead Product Designer
to join our team and spearhead a revolution in user experience for our suite of applications. Our applications provide users with a personalized guidance offering tailored workout and nutrition plans, along with an intermittent fasting tracker, and walking challenges. Together our apps boast over 65 million installs and are available in 13 languages. In this role, you'll be instrumental in defining the visual identity of our apps, from creating seamless interfaces to designing captivating user journeys. You'll take charge of the design process, collaborating closely with diverse teams to transform intricate concepts into visually stunning, user-focused solutions. Challenges you'll meet Leading the transformation of our apps into a hub of innovation Elevating AI coach capabilities to new heights, revolutionising the wellness experience Taking a holistic approach to wellness, reshaping the fitness app landscape for a more immersive user experience Diving into the realm of cutting-edge technologies and driving innovation through AI and ML Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to shape and execute the product roadmap and vision Thriving in a fast-paced environment characterised by agility and a thirst for exploration. Leading and mentoring a team of passionate designers Utilising strong problem-solving skills and a keen vision to drive projects forward Owning the responsibility of bringing the product vision to fruition, delivering value to users and stakeholders alike Your professional qualities: Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies is advantageous, particularly in achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and your problem-solving skills Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for mobile app design Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and provide mentorship to junior team members Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design Passion for staying at the forefront of design innovation and continuously improving your craft Nice to have Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies is a plus Familiarity with Maze or Ballpark Candidate journey ️ Recruiter call --> ️ Meet the Hiring Manager --> ️ Test Task--> ️ Meet the Leadership team Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech: Grow Together : Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
