We are excited to be recruiting for a newly created role within the business, a Marketing Manager for our skincare and bath & body categories! Department Overview:

A key department within Space NK, the marketing department are responsible for creating campaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition. The department consists of three teams: marketing and events, digital marketing & digital content. Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work closely with the rest of the marketing department and wider departments across the business. The Marketing Manager will plan and deliver marketing and events activity for a category and relevant brand partners. The role will include line management. Key Responsibilities:

Bring disruptive, creative and customer-centric thinking to the ideation and execution of an optimised calendar of 360 activity for your category that drives both our commercial and customer objectives. Such activity could include first-to-market activations, large scale experiential pop-up events and media campaigns. Plan and project manage all activity effectively, ensuring budgets and deadlines are adhered to. Collaborate cross functionally to strategically plan and shape brand partner marketing plans for always on and new product launch visibility across owned, earned and paid channels, confidently presenting plans internally and externally, including overviews and detailed schedules. Build strong relationships internally and externally and be the main contact in the marketing department for activity in your category. Forecast performance and ensure all marketing activity for your category has clearly defined objectives and KPIs that are measurable and align with your category team and business goals. Accurately and confidently record activity and report performance of marketing and events activity to brand partners and the wider Space NK business, presenting learnings and recommendations for the future. Budget management of relevant cost lines, ensuring spending is in line with plan, accurately tracked and invoices paid. Effectively line manage and develop your direct report. Keep up to date on the latest innovations in marketing, proposing new ideas and opportunities that relate to business objectives. Key Skills:

Experience of developing and presenting marketing plans Experience of leading marketing projects and campaigns in a retail environment Experience of creating and running customer facing events Experience of managing large scale budgets Experience of managing and developing a team Experience managing agencies to deliver against strategic objectives Excellent presentation skills High attention to detail Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills A problem-solving approach Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively to all levels of the business and external partners The ability to prioritise and use initiative A proactive and flexible approach The role will be required to work evenings and weekends where event management falls at this time.
