We are committed to ensuring that all children have an equal chance of success in whatever they choose to do and we recognise that our people are central to helping us to deliver this.
We are looking to recruit an additional Executive Principal to join our highly effective team which is collectively responsible for providing strategic leadership and holding overall accountability for standards and quality of education across our 17 schools. Each Executive Principal has responsibility for three or four schools within the Trust.

Experience of implementing systems and processes to aid learning, teaching and student development, as well as experience of analysing data to assess performance and design interventions are also essential. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to be able to lead diverse teams effectively.
In return we can offer you a fulfilling and stimulating role working with other like-minded professionals who strive to make a positive impact on the lives and outcomes of our students. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all staff have a seat at the table: a seat to be free, a seat to inspire, a seat to challenge and a seat to succeed. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to Benenden healthcare, flexible working arrangements and Golden Time.
