At Ink Digital, we are a rapidly growing, start-up digital marketing agency, specialising in Search Engine Optimisation. We are looking to hire SEO Account Managers to help grow the agency, lead accounts and become a vital part of the agency. As an SEO Account Manager, you will work across all elements of client campaigns, from technical SEO audits and keyword research to onsite content and outreach. You will collaborate with the wider agency teams to create and deploy clever and creative SEO strategies. Thinking ‘how?’ and ‘why?’ as well as having an astute ability to get things done well, you will not only be responsible for managing successful SEO campaigns, but you will also be able to provide valuable insight to your clients. This is a great role for someone looking to further their SEO career and join a dynamic and passionate team where you can learn and grow. You will report to the Head of Digital and help lead the overall SEO offering of the business. Responsibilities of the SEO Account Manager

Managing & directing enterprise SEO Accounts Building SEO strategies across technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO On-boarding new SEO clients Creating various reports including analytics & performance, technical and on-page updates etc Communicate regularly with clients with strong personal, relationship building and presentation skills Working and leading the parts of the team on implementing SEO strategies Undertake technical SEO audits and implement fixes/work alongside dev teams to improve technical set up and website performance for clients Implementing optimisation changes through a range of CMS platforms (WordPress & Shopify) Creating keyword-led content calendars and content strategies Work alongside Head of Digital in supporting team development and training What You Will Achieve?

We are looking for an ambitious individual that will not only help grow the agency, but will grow individually. Within the first 12 months working we will help you achieve: Becoming one of the go-to senior team members within the agency Learn and develop skillsets in other digital channels Building out the SEO team and developing junior team members’ skillsets Strong client retention rates and client satisfaction scores Involvement in winning new clients as the agency grows Who Are You?

in a role You’re able to teach and upskill those with less SEO experience Wanting to learn and develop your own skillset You’re able to manage and execute SEO strategies for enterprise customers A leader and a team player Enthusiastic and passionate about SEO and digital marketing 2+ years experience in agency-side SEO, using tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, WordPress & Shopify Strong inter-personal and communication skills, with both clients & the in-house team Benefits and Additional Information:
