ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider whose end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a UX Designer on a contract basis. Responsibilities: Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work. Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project requirements. Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Leverage user testing to make product improvements. Key Skills: Ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations through compelling narratives and storytelling. Digital transformation background. Telecommunications background (Essential).
