Job Responsibilities

Manage the company’s project portfolio, ensuring follow-ups, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives. Establish and lead project governance, including preparing meetings, documenting processes, and following up on decisions. Propose and implement continuous improvements in project governance to maximize process efficiency. Coordinate and lead corporate projects involving internal and external stakeholders based on organizational needs and priorities. Monitor and manage risks by identifying potential obstacles and recommending solutions to mitigate them. Maintain regular communication with the management team and project teams to ensure project transparency and progress. Prepare progress reports, performance analyses, and post-project reviews to highlight successes and areas for improvement. Oversee change management by facilitating the adoption of new practices and supporting teams through transitions. Stay updated on best practices in project management and recommend their adoption when relevant. Your Profile

Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and priority management. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a keen sense of diplomacy and interpersonal relationships. Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams, fostering communication and cooperation among stakeholders to achieve common goals. Demonstrated expertise in leading governance meetings and facilitating strategic discussions. Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and propose tailored solutions. Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. Results-oriented, with the ability to achieve objectives while respecting deadlines and resource constraints. Self-reliant, organized, and meticulous in task management. Change management expertise, capable of guiding teams through transitions and organizational transformations. Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing project and organizational priorities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). Work Atmosphere
