Sales Negotiator
Full time sales negotiator required for a new high-end estate agency opening in Chigwell, Essex. No experience in estate agency is necessary. We're looking for a confident, personable, well-presented sales negotiator with a good telephone manner able to deliver a high level of customer service. Part of your role would be to present property video tours for social media, so experience of presenting would be beneficial. Duties include:
Taking calls from prospective buyers and sellers Arranging viewings Welcoming visitors to the office Presenting property tour videos for social media Meeting prospective buyers for property viewings Qualifications:
