The Role:

They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative / Inside Sales Representative to join their growing internal sales team. As a Telesales / Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting prospects into qualified appointments and sales contracts.

Responsibilities of the Telesales Representative:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads, lists, marketing tools.

Generate your own list from prospecting via tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Research, identify & target decision makers within an organisation.

Present and promote products or services to potential clients.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.

Requirements to be considered for the Telesales Representative role:

Competitive starting salary £23,000-30,000 basic.
