Job Description Key responsibilities of the PR & Marketing Manager: Develop and execute innovative marketing and PR strategies. Lead and inspire a team to achieve marketing objectives. Monitor and evaluate PR & marketing campaign effectiveness. Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all platforms. Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets and influencers. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales-driven marketing initiatives. Manage marketing budget and ensure return on investment. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful PR & Marketing Manager should have: A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Proven experience in a similar PR & Marketing role within the retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in PR and marketing software and tools. A creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach. What's on Offer A competitive salary range of up to £40,000 per annum.
