As part of the Insight Team, you will be key to enabling the business to make data-driven decisions. This is a diverse role that covers key areas of the team such as reporting & insight, automation, and data management. You will effectively leverage data and tools available to you to answer key questions and help drive discussions. Reporting & Insight Able to take raw data feeds and turn them into actionable data for ad-hoc analysis & reporting. Proactively identify opportunities to extend reporting offerings by gathering requirements from the business and working with key stakeholders to formalise reporting specifications while understanding the value the report will bring. Data Management Own insight team data management processes, ensuring all nightly data processes are maintained and enhanced to support business needs. Identify new valuable data sources and centralise new data feeds within the insight team function. Automation Responsible for the effective design, build, and UAT of Adobe workflows to underpin the delivery of automated email campaigns through Adobe Campaign Standard. Manage and maintain a marketing database in Adobe Campaign Standard, identifying ways to enrich this database to meet business needs. This role would suit someone with experience in a similar role using various tools and techniques to help key stakeholders understand opportunities and challenges, providing recommendations and analysis. Minimum Requirements: Degree in a numeric subject (e.g., Computer Science, Maths, Physics). 2-4 years' experience working in a customer insight team in a large, data-rich industry. Highly competent in SQL; experience in SAS is desired. Well-developed problem-solving ability with a proven track record. Accurate, persistent, with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive individual with the drive to succeed. Experience developing in Adobe Campaign Standard is a bonus.
