About The Role Do you enjoy marketing and digital campaign management? Would you love to support the NHS, working for the leading flexible workforce provider to our Health Service? We are looking for a creative, dynamic, digitally minded Marketing Manager to join our Academy team to fill a maternity cover role until October 2025. Role summary: In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing B2B campaigns, including identifying target audiences in order to design, deliver and optimise activity across various marketing channels, both digital and traditional. You will be part of the Marketing & Brand B2B team and work closely with the Academy Service Delivery Director. The post-holder will also be responsible for marketing collateral and copy, as well as reporting on campaign results. Skills/Responsibilities: Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn) Management of the Academy website presence, optimising content for SEO, collaborating with the NHSP Website and digital team. Compose clear design briefs to create engaging marketing materials to use in campaigns, working closely with the NHSP design team. Management of social media posts on the corporate pages and through individual channels Formal and ad-hoc reports on marketing activity and conversion levels Supporting customer acquisition and the management of existing/potential customer databases via CRM. About The Candidate To be successful in this post you will need to: Have experience working in a similar campaign marketing role Be able to manage and report on complex marketing data Have experience of using marketing automation tools Capability to write copy for and design marketing communication Please note although the role is working from home, the contractual base will be the closest office to you and there may be a requirement for occasional travel for team meetings.
