As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry-leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g., with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio. Responsibilities:

Conceptual development and implementation of the portfolio strategy for automotive aftermarket projects within the area of responsibility in ELAMEA. Implementation of the go-to-market of a product and the product family in the portfolio for which you are responsible in close cooperation and coordination with PLM. Implementation, recognition, and consideration of market, target group, competition, and/or sales data analyses. Consideration of sales and customer inquiries as well as sales channel-specific, national, and international requirements as the basis for portfolio strategy development and the continuous further development of the portfolio within the area of responsibility in ELAMEA for broader market coverage. Implementation of the brand strategy for OSRAM Automotive Aftermarket and the associated product brands within the area of responsibility. Execution of portfolio analyses and reporting as well as control, maintenance, optimization, expansion, and reduction of the responsible product portfolio. Work closely with PLM on strategic and operational implementation as part of OSRAM AM AFTM's growth initiative to maximize efficiency and effectiveness both internally and externally. Support at trade fairs and customer events. Qualifications:

Successfully completed university degree in the field of business administration, marketing, communication sciences, or comparable. Professional experience in marketing, communication, sales, or business development desired - preferably in the automotive sector. Marketing communication, B2B/B2C. Knowledge of automotive aftermarket target groups (B2B/B2C). Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel. High level of teamwork and intercultural competence. Assertive, independent, and structured way of working. Strong written and spoken English skills. Competitive Salary:

Range is £42k to £46k
