We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to lead design projects from concept to completion. Main Duties
Developing creative concepts and designing engaging visuals for our website, social media, and online marketplaces Creating product images, banners, and promotional materials Collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling campaigns Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall customer experience Leading and mentoring junior designers Managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into design work Performing any other ad hoc tasks as required Developing and executing creative concepts that align with marketing strategies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality design assets Leading design projects from concept to completion Mentoring and guiding junior designers to improve their skills and performance Ensuring consistency in brand visuals across all platforms Continuously improving design processes and workflows Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Ability to work collaboratively and take direction as well as lead projects independently Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus Required Documents
