We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Manager to bring a new EV brand to life online. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice and digital presence of a forward-thinking brand in the rapidly growing electric vehicle market from the beginning. The brand is keen to stand out and is happy to take a few creative risks. You should have a knack for storytelling, an understanding of the nuances of social platforms, and a pulse on the latest social media trends. You will play a key role in building the community while driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty. We’re looking for a self-starter that can translate the brand's values into consistent and compelling content, ensuring consistency across platforms while tailoring messages to resonate with the specific audiences of each channel. Whether it’s creating engaging videos for TikTok, thought-provoking posts for LinkedIn, or stunning visuals for Instagram, you’ll know how to make every piece of content count. What you will be doing.

Strategy Development: Help define and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and schedule compelling content for all social platforms that aligns with the brand voice and goals. Content Creation: The ability to use free and paid tools to help develop more agile streams of content for the social channels. Community Engagement: Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and live events, fostering a strong and active online community. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine and improve strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with PR, design, and other teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across channels. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, implementing fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant and innovative. What skills you will need.

Proven Experience: A strong track record in social media management, preferably in a similar industry. Content Creation: Ability to create social content using images and videos you’ve created yourself. Creativity & Storytelling: A creative flair with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences. Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and tone. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the company. Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and responsibilities with ease. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Adaptability: A proactive and flexible approach to a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape. Some of the benefits we offer.
