Responsibilities: Create and run usability tests during product design and after launch to guide the design process. Create and improve information architecture, nomenclature, and diagrams for our apps, including sitemaps, flowcharts, wireframes, and static prototypes. Work closely with our Product team and contribute to requirements gathering, design documentation, and implementation reviews. Work with internal Design team and client groups to design and build user-friendly interfaces and application hierarchies based on functional specifications and persona-based usability findings. Participate in key internal meetings, including regular status updates, planning sessions, document ongoing progress and effectively communicate findings. Review user adoption for product deliverables and acceptance testing combining data, analysis, and creative design thinking. Ensure design documents are current and complete, with solutions implemented properly and user feedback incorporated into future product design iterations. Qualifications and Skills

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to design, prototype & specify the UX architecture and interaction flows for websites and web applications. Overseeing user experience architecture and design from end to end, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. Ability to create mid fidelity visual design mockups is a bonus. Strong sense of interaction design and user flows paired with an ability to translate static solutions into wireframes, prototypes, and testable concepts. Autonomous team player who takes initiative and responsibility for key UX design process deliverables. Planning and executing user research projects using qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience/knowledge on working with design systems and use them in your design. Ability to define interaction systems, identify consistent UI paradigms and design intuitive solutions to make inherently usable products. Ability to create interactive prototypes. Keen to learn new hard skills around prototyping and developer tools and frameworks. Organized and structured approach, breaking problems into narratives about solutions and communicating the narrative to a larger audience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. From paper sketches to mid/high-fidelity comps, you can get your visual and non-visual ideas across to a variety of audiences.
