As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our financial fundraising targets by building and nurturing a community of supporters. Your primary focus will be on individuals, families, trusts, community groups, and businesses capable of donating more than $10,000 per annum. You will utilize your existing networks and connections to grow World Vision’s presence and reputation in the philanthropic communities of the South Island. Identify and engage new donors and enhance our relationships with existing supporters. Lead and support donor events and overseas trips to further develop our donors' understanding and financial support for our work. Cultivation and Stewardship:

Relationship management of a community of donors and strategic accounts, ensuring authentic stewardship and high levels of donor-centricity. Connecting People to WV impact:

Engage with donors through compelling stories, connecting them to our mission and impact. Reporting:

Utilize CRM systems to manage donor information and interactions effectively. Maintain well-organized records and provide necessary reports. About you: Natural People Skills:

Diligent and dependable, consistently following through on commitments. Highly organized, with the ability to maintain detailed records and manage administrative tasks efficiently. Self-Aware:

Able to articulate a proposition, share compelling stories aligned with a donor's vision, and make an ask with confidence. Resilient:

Experienced in handling challenges and setbacks with grace and perseverance. Digital Proficiency:

Skilled at using CRM systems and other digital tools for the effective management of donor relationships. Willing to travel:
