Job Description: Events Manager Location: Harrogate Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Role: Full-time, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extended hours for peak times We are working with a Harrogate-based company that is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate events candidate to join their team. You will be organising events for local talent and established artists. Due to the nature of this role, your own transport is essential. Responsibilities:

Deliver innovative music and event programmes, fostering creative thinking and ensuring artistic and financial success. Oversee all planning, operational logistics, and administrative functions for music and bespoke events, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional quality. Serve as the primary contact for artists and agents, building strong relationships and exploring new opportunities. Collaborate on budgeting, meet income targets, and contribute to fundraising strategies. Design and implement marketing strategies, audience outreach initiatives, and effective use of data tools to evaluate impact. Mentor and supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment. Manage event logistics, compliance with regulations, and accessibility while maintaining sustainability and inclusivity standards. Essential Skills and Experience:

Strong background in live event management, budgeting, and problem-solving. Skilled communicator and team leader, adept at fostering collaboration. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safeguarding practices. IT proficiency and adaptability to new systems. Full driving licence. Benefits:

Salary up to £30,000, depending on experience. 35-hour workweek (9:30 am – 5:30 pm) with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak periods. 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Based in Harrogate with regional travel as required. Ref: 22738
