digital, social, and content platforms . Your role will span strategic planning, campaign execution, and brand-building activities across both internal and external touchpoints. Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy
Grow audience engagement across
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Build strategic campaigns, monitor engagement, and analyse performance metrics to optimise content. Develop and execute creative, data-driven social strategies, including paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager). Partner with senior leadership to boost employee advocacy on social platforms and align staff efforts with branding initiatives. Email Marketing & CRM Campaigns
Plan and implement effective email marketing strategies, including automation workflows to nurture relationships and drive engagement. Oversee client communications, seasonal newsletters, and milestone campaigns (birthdays, new home celebrations, anniversaries). Build CRM initiatives to strengthen client connections and boost loyalty. Webinars & Event Marketing
Plan, support, and create content for internal and external webinars and promotional events (e.g., charity events, charity balls, golf days). Represent Jones & Co at local events and initiatives (e.g. networking opportunities, business expos). Content & Branding
Manage and develop creative press ads, local campaigns, and brand messaging across multiple platforms. Develop client onboarding experiences through branded merchandise and welcome gift packs. Oversee visual branding assets for internal and external use. Reputation & Review Management
Foster strategies to drive positive reviews, client testimonials, and a strong referral network to support brand growth. Website & Client Journey
Drive website improvements and create compelling CTAs to better connect with target audiences. Streamline internal and external documentation to enhance user experience and professionalism. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and relationships within the financial planning ecosystem. Actively support efforts to attract new talent, grow brand awareness, and explore acquisition opportunities through strategic outreach. What You’ll Bring to the Role We’re looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and creativity. The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in marketing campaigns , particularly in social media, email automation, content strategy, and paid advertising. Familiarity with tools like
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva , and other design/marketing platforms. A strong understanding of Brand Storytelling principles. Proven success managing CRM/marketing automation strategies, email nurturing campaigns, and audience growth strategies. Experience in creating engaging
video and podcast content
(or willingness to develop these skills). A creative mindset, with excellent attention to detail and a strong visual design sensibility. Confidence in front of the camera for social media/video projects and the ability to communicate brand messaging effectively. Why Join Us? At
