The Role

The role will involve: Developing and implementing inbound sales strategies aligned with company goals. Optimising lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion processes using CRM insights. Identifying and addressing gaps in the sales funnel. Overseeing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of CRM systems to ensure accurate data capture and utilisation. Analysing CRM data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and areas for improvement. Training and guiding the sales team on CRM usage to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Building effective, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders. Agreeing sales goals and KPIs with the different P&L owners you are supporting. Managing, coaching, and mentoring the inbound sales team (multiple product specialists) to achieve individual and team performance goals. Setting KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and evaluations. Fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales environment. Ensuring prompt and professional follow-ups with leads to build strong customer relationships. Collaborating with marketing and operational teams to align strategies and improve the customer journey. Addressing and resolving customer inquiries or concerns to build trust and loyalty. Tracking and analysing inbound sales metrics and performance data. Preparing regular sales reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Using CRM dashboards to monitor team performance and lead management efficiency. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional sales experiences.
