Private Travel Client Acquisition Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-net-worth (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) as members of our exclusive Private Travel service. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s a chance to be at the forefront of luxury travel, crafting bespoke acquisition strategies and collaborating with top-tier partners to create experiences that redefine excellence. If you thrive on building relationships in the luxury market, driving impactful marketing campaigns, and leading with creativity and precision, this is your opportunity to shine. What You’ll Do: Drive Client Acquisition:

Build a robust pipeline of affluent clients through networking, partnerships, and industry events. Design and execute tailored strategies to exceed acquisition targets. Shape Brand Excellence:

Take charge of multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating standout brand moments that resonate with the luxury market. Collaborate & Innovate:

Partner with internal teams to develop world-class services, promotional materials, and experiences that exceed client expectations. Lead with Vision:

Attend high-profile luxury travel events, form strategic partnerships, and champion our presence in the industry to ensure Ten remains synonymous with luxury. Requirements Who You Are: A seasoned professional with

5+ years of acquisition experience , including at least 3 years in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. A strategic thinker with a proven track record in

luxury marketing and business development . A relationship builder with an extensive network in the luxury industry and the ability to connect with HNWIs and UHNWIs. A creative innovator who understands the luxury customer mindset and can deliver

bespoke, high-impact campaigns . A leader with strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a passion for curating unforgettable travel experiences. Based in the United Kingdom, with preference being London based.
