National Account Manager
to join our vibrant team. This is a great opportunity to utilize your account management skills and elevate customer accounts to the next level.
You will be responsible for maximizing the sales of Caesarstone colours in kitchen studios and fabricators within the OX, RG, SP, SO PO, RH, BH, GU postcodes. The successful candidate will drive and increase sales revenue to fabricators and service fabricator accounts. You will manage the accounts in your designated area, which includes setting up terms, providing quotations, and any marketing collateral. An important part of the role is sustaining current and forming new relationships with clients. You will be responsible for demand creation through the kitchen and bathroom (K&B) channel and will support the kitchen designers in effectively promoting Caesarstone at the point of sale via showrooms, finding new customers to create opportunities and increase revenue.
Full training will be given in order for you
to provide product knowledge sessions with the designers and promote the Caesarstone colour collection.

Remuneration:
Annual basic (depending on experience)

Requirements
At least 2 years sales experience in a business to business or business to consumer environment.
A minimum of 3 years business to business sales experience within the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry. Experience of working with a premium brand.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Computer literacy experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Basic sales and training skills.
Ability to journey plan in the given area.
A full clean driving licence is required.
Candidates must reside within the aforementioned patch.
Commercial awareness. A knowledge of the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry.
