United Legwear & Apparel UK is looking for an experienced and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead the growth of our business in the UK. This key role will involve managing key accounts, driving new business development, and executing sales strategies for leading brands such as Skechers & Ted Baker legwear, Hurley, Scotch & Soda Accessories, Lemon, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume wholesale fashion sales, with a strong focus on off-price products and categories like underwear, socks, and accessories. What You'll Do:

Sales & Account Management:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring consistent year-over-year growth and high client satisfaction. Prospect and secure new business, focusing on volume retailers and off-price channels. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular communication. Develop tailored sales strategies for each customer based on their unique needs and market dynamics. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our business across various brands and product categories. Lead negotiations to close deals that align with the company’s sales and profitability goals. Explore opportunities to introduce new product lines or collections to both existing and prospective clients. Sales Operations & Processes:

Oversee the complete sales process, from order placement through to delivery, collaborating with customer service and logistics teams. Implement accurate forecasting methods to support efficient inventory management and drive sales growth. Analyze stock positions and recommend strategies to maximize sell-through. Provide valuable feedback on product and pricing to design and merchandising teams to ensure market alignment. Strategic Planning & Reporting:

Develop and present comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership. Use data insights to adjust sales strategies and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Sample & Inventory Management:

Manage sample inventory to support sales presentations, marketing efforts, and customer meetings. Ensure efficient coordination of showrooms and samples for trade shows and customer meetings. What You Bring:

Experience:

At least 3 years in wholesale fashion account management, ideally with exposure to volume retailers and off-price channels. Category Knowledge:

Strong background in selling underwear, socks, and accessories in the UK and European markets. Skills:

Proven ability to manage multiple brands and product categories at once, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Data-Driven:

Experience in analyzing sales data, forecasting, and inventory management. Mindset:
